Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 18 years
  • 6 months – 3 years of experience in tele-sales, call center, or direct sales (fintech/telecom/e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla (must) and basic English (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills(MS Office, CRM systems).


Responsibilities & Context:

The Sheba Manager – Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing merchants/customers to sell subscription packages, digital services, and other offerings through outbound and inbound calls. The role requires delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring sales conversion, accurate information sharing, and building trust with merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing merchants to promote and sell Sheba Manager subscription packages and services.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets.

  • Effectively pitch products, highlight benefits, and persuade customers to purchase.

  • Handle objections and questions confidently to maximize conversion rates.

  • Maintain high call productivity and talk-time as per set KPIs.

  • Accurately record customer details, sales transactions, and call notes in designated systems.

  • Ensure clear, transparent, and correct information is shared with all customers to build trust and minimize complaints.

  • Follow telesales scripts, compliance guidelines, and ethical selling standards.

  • Provide basic post-sales support, ensuring smooth activation and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously update product knowledge to improve sales performance and customer interactions.
