Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and quality control.
∎ Ensure the availability of necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and resources for effective service delivery.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to uphold service quality and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
∎ Promptly address any issues related to service quality, safety, or equipment maintenance.
∎ Train and supervise cleaning staff, offering guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and adherence to cleaning standards.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations concerning cleaning services, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
∎ Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations in cleaning operations.
