∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (CA/ACCA part-qualified candidates will have an advantage).
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Develop and present quarterly financial performance reports to the Board and CFO.
∎ Create policies and SOPs to eliminate operational barriers and enhance efficiency.
∎ Ensure timely external audits and conduct due diligence audits.
∎ Generate monthly financial management reports and presentations within strict timelines.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and banks.
∎ Submit semi-annual withholding TAX returns, monthly online VAT returns, annual corporate tax returns, and salary returns (108(A) and 108).
∎ Prepare cash flow forecasts quarterly and yearly, highlighting challenges and recommendations.
∎ Ensure TDS and VDS deductions at source as per NBR regulations.
∎ Manage daily operations and handle financial operational hiccups effectively.
∎ Confirm daily and monthly reconciliation between the system (Digital wallet) and bank before merchant payment disbursements and refunds.
∎ Monitor and ensure timely daily settlement of merchants as per company policy.
∎ Maintain an asset register and calculate monthly depreciation.
∎ Handle TAX and VAT audits with NBR authorities, ensuring compliance with VAT, TAX, IAS, and IFRS.
∎ Ensure timely supplier payments and receivable collections.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (CA/ACCA part-qualified candidates will have an advantage).
∎ Quick learner and adaptable to a startup environment.
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Role Overview: As our Next-Gen Finance Assistant Manager, you will be a critical part of our finance team, driving financial efficiency and compliance.
