Call potential students from provided leads.
Provide accurate information about IT courses (e.g., Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, etc.).
Convince and guide students to visit the institute for counseling or take online classes.
Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
Maintain a record of calls and update lead status in the CRM.
