Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cold calling, email marketing, and client hunting through random calling.
∎ Attend inbound calls with proper etiquette and handle client inquiries.
∎ Prospect and generate quality leads and update daily activity in the CRM system.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing performance and activity status.
∎ Set and follow objectives to manage daily telemarketing activities.
∎ Analyze and report on calling statistics (conversion rates, customer service quality, etc.).
∎ Monitor and improve team performance in handling calls and communication.
∎ Supervise and guide team members, resolve grievances, and uphold company reputation.
∎ Meet monthly demo targets set by management.
∎ Collaborate effectively with other teams and maintain a positive attitude.
∎ Keep detailed records of all calling/visiting activities and attend daily team meetings.
∎ Be open to any additional responsibilities or assignments given by the management.
∎ Maintain a respectful and healthy working atmosphere.
∎ Stay focused, committed, and accountable for assigned tasks.
∎ Must be honest, hardworking, and dedicated.
