Proficiency in basic computer operations, specifically MS Excel and Email communication.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain efficient and fruitful communication with corporate clients and various industrial sectors via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

  • Present specialized product features and specifications to prospective clients professionally.

  • Handle sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and coordinate with the team to close deals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in tele-sales, customer care, or corporate marketing.

  • Target Candidates: Professional candidates only. (Strictly not open for current students / part-timers).

  • Skills: Clear, polite, and fluent communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer operations, specifically MS Excel and Email communication.
