Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers.
Manage and work on multiple international campaigns.
Generate leads and qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activities.
Deliver professional customer engagement and communication.
Support and mentor junior team members when required.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
