Job Context

We are looking for Young, Energetic, and Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Female to Employee as Telemarketer, who has the Experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities

  • Call our customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
  • Follow up with marketing team customers daily.
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's Service Packages, especially Corporate Services.
  • Take contact report from marketing team every day & contact with customers.
