Additional Requirements:

  • Call Center Experience. (Must)

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and other means in an efficient and courteous manner.

  • Practical Experience with Microsoft Office Package.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle critical situations.

  • Capability to handle a large volume of data both online and offline

  • Report writing and Presentation Skills

  • Roster Duty

  • Morning & Evening shift duty

Netcom Internet is one of the leading Internet service provider companies in Bangladesh. We’re currently hiring a “Call Center Executive” who will be attentive and dedicated towards each and every query of customer hotline number on a shift basis work period

  • Providing technical support.

  • Potentially assisting with sales and onboarding new customers.

  • Troubleshooting customer issues.
