Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Night Shift job 8 PM to 5 AM ( Please don’t apply if you are not able to work at night shift )
∎ Respond quickly to US client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
∎ Resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
∎ Utilize CRM and internal software systems to access client information and update records.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and concerns. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
∎ Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions and give them a proper solution.
∎ Ability to problem solves effectively and efficiently and learn new applications
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through emails, cold calling,networking and social media etc.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Working towards a monthly or annual goal.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments.
∎ Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
∎ Requirements:
∎ 1. Native or near-native American accent required.
∎ 2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
∎ 3.Experience in B2B, B2C Cold Calling, Telemarketing in Any International Call Center will get higher priority.
∎ 4.The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
∎ 5.The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ 5. Time Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ 6. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in communications and documentation.
∎ 7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email, CRM, video conferencing, etc.
∎ 8. Problem-Solving: Quick assessment and resolution of client needs.
∎ 9. Adaptability: Adjust to changing client needs and environments.
∎ 10. Professionalism: Consistent professional demeanor and communication.
∎ 11. Confidentiality: Maintain client information confidentiality.
