Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a proactive and highly skilled Sales & Marketing Executive/ Tele-sales Executive to lead our sales and marketing campaigns. The right individual will be essential in achieving revenue targets and growing our brand's footprint within the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, and secure appointments.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries, providing information about products, services, or promotions.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, clearly articulating the value and benefits of the company's offerings, while addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, keeping detailed records of conversations and outcomes for follow-up actions.
  • Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to help the company improve its products, services, or marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, promotions, and market trends to improve the effectiveness of your calls.
