Being a member of BAFFA (Bangladesh Freight Forwarder Association), GLA (Global Logistics Alliance), Association of Travel Agent of Bangladesh (ATAB), Chittagong Chamber of Commerce, e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-cab), we are a globally certified freight forwarder and capable of arranging shipments all around the world. We can give you the best support in terms of the air/sea/courier shipment.
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
∎ Answer questions about products or the company
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
∎ Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Develop and maintain organizational capability and participate in the talent management process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Sharp negotiation skills
∎ Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and technical capacity
∎ Achieve of sales targets for the enterprise clients
∎ New business development: Acquire strategic, high value clients spread across multiple industry verticals
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications specially MS word, excel & power point
∎ An affinity for offering excellent customer service
∎ Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to take ownership and solve problems
∎ Positive and resilient attitude
∎ Great teamwork skills
