Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan sales and marketing in advance and on daily basis, Look for new opportunities through different channels
∎ Provide weekly/monthly reports, including existing business and future business opportunities
∎ Monthly business review with Management in order to ensure follow up, identify constraints and develop strategy
∎ Frequent visit to new clients. Understand client needs, propose and quote rate based on their requirements.
∎ Generate qualified sales leads.
∎ Identify and target potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
∎ Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding services.
∎ Generate and submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities in air and sea freight services.
∎ Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
∎ Actively achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.
∎ Travelling Frequently both inside and outside Dhaka
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges.
