Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive. You will be responsible for upselling our products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to purchase orders.
∎ You should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference.
∎ As an ideal candidate, you should make sure that you offer outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You should possess a phenomenal ability to communicate with customers efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
∎ Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
∎ Calling existing and potential customers to update them about recent launches.
∎ Updating the database with all the customer's information.
∎ Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them.
∎ Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
∎ Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
∎ Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
∎ Answering customers' questions in regard to products and services.
∎ Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.
∎ Professional certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) will be a benefit.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bangla & English Both.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks.
∎ Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
∎ Good time management skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentives will be provided as per company policy
