Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research & Gather Leads.
∎ Make outbound calls to our Potential Clients in all over the World and handle different topics according to the communication script.
∎ Inform about our Products and Services as per Customer Needs.
∎ Send Products / Service Offers over the phone, WhatsApp, Skype, email etc.
∎ Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Research & Gather Leads.
