Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research & Gather Leads.
∎ Make outbound calls to our potential clients in all over the world and handle different topics according to the communication script.
∎ Inform customers about our product and services.
∎ Send product/service offers over the phone, WhatsApp, Skype, E-mail etc.
∎ Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
