Job Context:

We are a leading snack manufacturing company. Our sales department works closely with distributors and wholesalers across the country. Most of our sales are conducted through phone calls, coordinating with agents in different locations, arranging product shipments, and handling pre-sales and after-sales communication. We are looking for motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact wholesale agents and distributors via phone to promote and sell company products.
• Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and ensure repeat orders.
• Arrange and coordinate product shipments to different locations.
• Handle pre-sales inquiries, explain product details, and provide quotations.
• Handle after-sales issues, complaints, and coordinate with the delivery and quality control teams.
• Maintain sales records and update customer databases regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to plan and execute sales strategies.
