Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our travel services and packages.
∎ Listen to clients' travel preferences and requirements, offering personalized recommendations and assistance.
∎ Provide detailed information about our destinations, accommodations, and tour packages.
∎ Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns or objections.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
∎ Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
