Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 32 years
  • Only Female
  • Previous experience in tele sales, call center sales, or outbound sales will be an advantage.

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

  • Ability to handle objections professionally and close sales through phone conversations.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.

  • Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM systems, MS Excel, or similar tools.

  • Ability to follow sales scripts while adapting conversations based on customer responses.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling rejection.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to support our business growth by generating new leads and closing sales through outbound phone calls and digital communication channels. The role involves engaging with potential customers and corporate clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting new and existing customers via phone.

  • Providing product and service information to engage potential customers.

  • Answering customer queries and resolving any issues they may have.

  • Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.

  • Check and Answer Facebook and WhatsApp Messages.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.

  • Continuously work on service improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in File processing, Client coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
