Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone calls, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
Contribute actively to achieving sales targets and business goals.
Confirm orders, conduct follow-ups, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and reporting systems.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
