Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing sales orders

• Generate and close sales leads through phone calls

• Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions

• Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback
