Customer Relation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Telemarketing: phone call to potential customers and categorize them.
∎ Lead management through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
∎ Writing document Microsoft office (English & Bangla).
∎ Any other assignment given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required : Computer Literacy, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & CRM (Preference will be given to candidate who has knowledge in CRM)
∎ At least 1-year experience in call center sector.
