Responsibilities & Context:
🔎 Job Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to introduce ZAMAN IT’s software, digital solutions, CCTV services, and other IT services
Maintain customer lists, follow up regularly, and build strong relationships
Explain product features clearly and professionally
Record customer feedback and update the CRM
Achieve weekly/monthly sales and call targets
Support marketing and sales team as needed
🎯 Requirements:
Excellent communication skill in Bangla (English is a plus)
Confident, smart, and motivated to achieve goals
Ability to handle customer queries politely
Previous telemarketing/tele sales experience will be an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge & ability to work with Google Sheets/CRM
