Technical Skills

• Exposure to MECM/SCCM for patching and software deployment

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technology Specialist – Microsoft Solutions with 2–3 years of experience in supporting and managing Microsoft enterprise technologies. The role involves design support, implementation, administration, and optimization of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based Microsoft environments.

The specialist will work independently on day-to-day operations while collaborating with senior engineers and solution architects on projects, migrations, security enhancements, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Platform Management

• Administer and support Windows Server environments (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, File Services, Group Policy)

• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid identity scenarios

• Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem, Hybrid, and Exchange Online) environments

• Perform user, mailbox, and policy administration across Microsoft platforms

Endpoint & Modern Workplace

• Manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for:

  • OS deployment, patching, application packaging, and compliance

• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, security baselines, and conditional access

• Support Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Outlook

Security, Identity & Compliance

• Implement and maintain identity lifecycle management using Entra ID

• Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies

• Support basic security and compliance features across Microsoft 365

• Assist in audits, security reviews, and access governance activities

Operations & Troubleshooting

• Handle L2/L3 incidents, root-cause analysis, and service restoration

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security alerts

• Plan and execute system maintenance, upgrades, and patch cycles

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in migrations (Exchange, AD, M365, endpoint management)

• Support cloud adoption and modernization initiatives

• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting
