• Must have experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Modern Work, cloud, and on-prem environments.

• Strong technical understanding of:
  Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/On-Prem, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

  Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server ,Hyper-V &

  Exchange Server Administration

  Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune / Endpoint Manager, Hybrid Identity
  

• PowerShell scripting, Defender Security Suite, and Microsoft Licensing Models
  

• Experience with migration tools (BitTitan, Quest, Hybrid Wizard, etc.) preferred.

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications highly desirable:

  MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator

  MD-102 – Endpoint Administrator

  MS-700 – Teams Administrator

  MS-100 / MS-101 – Identity & Services

  AZ-104 / AZ-305 (for hybrid/cloud integration knowledge)

Job Summary:
The Technology Specialist – Microsoft Modern Work Solutions designs, deploys, and supports modern workplace environments integrating Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, on-premises systems, and hybrid identity/security solutions. The role blends technical implementation, consulting, and customer enablement to enhance collaboration, productivity, and security across hybrid IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Deployment

   • Design and implement Microsoft Modern Work environments across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid infrastructures.

   • Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows Server, Active Directory, and Intune.

   • Configure Autopilot, Conditional Access, and compliance frameworks.

2. Technical Pre-Sales & Consultation

   • Support sales with technical workshops, proposals, and solution design.

   • Prepare architecture documents, BoQs, and deliver client demos.

3. Migration & Integration

   • Execute migrations (Exchange, File Server, AD → Microsoft 365/Entra ID).

   • Ensure secure coexistence, authentication, and data protection during transitions.

4. Security & Compliance

   • Implement DLP, MFA, Defender for Office 365, and governance policies.

   • Ensure adherence to ISO, GDPR, and organizational standards.

5. Customer Enablement & Support

   • Deliver post-deployment support, training, and troubleshooting.

   • Optimize services and monitor environment health.

6. Collaboration & Improvement

   • Work with cloud and security teams to deliver integrated solutions.

   • Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and contribute to internal best practices.
