Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible on making prototype sample based on the pattern given by the buyer.
∎ Supervising the pilot run, monitor cutting and preparation before start a bulk production.
∎ To ensure the correct direction of cutting leather and fillers.
∎ Applying techniques on how to do correct procedure in making bag.
∎ Prepares detailed SOP on every process in making bag.
∎ Prepares correct jigs and tools in making bag.
∎ To ensure that sample bag met the specification and standard set by the Buyer.
∎ Guides and teach operators how to apply correct procedures in making sample bag.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years work experience in hand bag production or related field.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Computer.
∎ Good moral Character.
∎ Strong leadership.
∎ Can handle pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
