Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in CSE, ICE, ECE, ICT, Mathematics or relevant area.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and identify solutions to software, Database, hardware, and infra issues.
∎ Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
∎ Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
∎ Track computer system issues through to resolution, within SLA.
∎ Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders.
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
∎ Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
∎ Ensure all issues are properly logged.
∎ Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
∎ Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
∎ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation for all aspects of the environment, including both technical and end-user documentation.
∎ Maintain jovial relationships with clients and end-users.
∎ Work in different shifts to meet different time zone across the globe.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
∎ Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Database support, Infra support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
∎ Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Server/Cloud and Web Host.
∎ Good knowledge of web application architecture and web servers (Weblogic,Tomcat etc..).
∎ Strong knowledge in RDBMS.
∎ Hands on experience to implement, uses and manage any big ERP application, PDM or PLM Application.
∎ Programming experience (.NET/Java) and/or DB experience (Oracle/MS SQL).
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, Visio, and MS Project.
∎ Ability to think quickly and analytically (critical thinker).
∎ Strong communication, pro-activeness and interpersonal skills .
∎ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues in software, DB or Network/Infra.
∎ Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. ServiceNow).
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
∎ Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, DBA, Cloud, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
