We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver timely and effective technical support to our customers. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, providing product usage guidance, and developing technical support documentation for our website. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding English writing abilities, a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute, and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Internet-related customer support.
Ensure effective, resilient, and responsive IT support (Hardware, software, networking) to different operational units of our customer.
Configure, implement, and troubleshoot active network equipment like- OLT, Mikrotik, switches, routers, network appliances, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
Identify a single point of failure in the network & system and ensure redundancy planning.
Maintain & troubleshoot Windows servers, OLT, Mikrotik, switches, routers
Protect data in internal computing systems from unauthorized users and viruses.
Monitor and report on network performance metrics, identifying network utilization.
Responsible for LAN and WAN maintenance by keeping close liaison with customers.
All general IT-related issues, such as data, wireless communications, security, and computer hardware and software, are managed and coordinated by me.
Expertise as a WordPress developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end website development. Proficient in front-end technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in the target time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud computing.
The candidate must be dedicated and sincere in their work and always open to learning new things. Timely and high-quality delivery of objectives is crucial and will be a primary criterion for performance evaluation.
