Job Responsibilities:

∎ Uses expertise and experience to recommend innovative solutions that will enhance Business.

∎ Exposure / experience in financial modelling.
∎ Effective Communication Skills.
∎ Strong Business / Commercial Acumen.
∎ Manager Regional service operations.
∎ Creation of opportunities by positioning right product /Service based on customer need.
∎ Manager the after-sales service process from installation and commissioning of new equipment.
∎ Handling warranty period service processes and activities.
∎ Handle customer objections and complaints
∎ Dealer Development and Management skills.
∎ Support the regional sales team for presales and to achieve new and repeat business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Service domain knowledge for absorption chiller
∎ Good communication and stake holder management
∎ Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.
∎ Product and application knowledge
