Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or ICT-related subject from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5+ years experience in teaching profession
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
∎ Producing training schedules and classroom agenda as per the need of the Software division Team.
∎ Determining course content according to the objectives of the Software division Team.
∎ Determine course content according to objectives.
∎ Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
∎ Conduct training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
∎ Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
∎ Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
∎ Observe and evaluate results of training programs by preparing questions to conduct exams.
∎ Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvement Plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a technical trainer
∎ Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
∎ Knowledge in Web & enterprise field
∎ Expert in React JS, Vue Js, Angular Js, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, Java, Spring, Python, Node
∎ Experience in designing technical course content.
∎ Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
∎ Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
∎ Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Professional Scrum Developer certification is mandatory (maximum 3 months will be allowed
∎ to submit the certificate after joining)
∎ IELTS minimum 6.00 or equivalent certification is mandatory (maximum 6 months will be
∎ allowed to submit the certificate after joining)
∎ Strong English spoken & written capability, communication skills, and client-oriented attitude.
