- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (filters, lookups, formatting, basic formulas).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews.
- Ability to understand and evaluate technical concepts (software roles, data roles, marketing roles).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean searches.
- Ability to handle high-volume pipelines efficiently.
Preferred
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for recruitment tasks.
- Canva skills (resume formatting, templates).
- Experience preparing candidates for client interviews.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, documentation).
- Knowledge of international work culture (U.S./UK preferred).

As we continue scaling rapidly, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Technical Recruiter who can source, assess, and manage strong candidates while maintaining Talibrate’s high standards of quality and communication.
This is a full-time recruitment-focused role, designed for someone with strong people skills, excellent English, and the ability to embrace AI-led recruiting workflows.
Position Overview
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and preparing candidates for roles across various technical and non-technical verticals. Beyond basic recruiting, this person will help maintain candidate databases, use AI tools for efficiency, assist with resume formatting, and support the creation of assessment workflows.
You will work directly with the Founder to strengthen Talibrate’s hiring pipeline and ensure only the best, well-vetted talent reaches global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source candidates for tech, data, digital marketing, QA, support, and business roles.
- Build and maintain a structured candidate database in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn filters, job boards, and niche platforms.
- Keep the talent pipeline active, updated, and categorized by skillset.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
Conduct initial phone/video screenings to evaluate:
- English communication
- Technical fundamentals
- Role suitability
- Professionalism and attitude
- Administer and evaluate basic skills assessments.
- Use structured frameworks to score and shortlist candidates.
Resume Preparation & Candidate Presentation
- Use Canva and internal templates to polish and redesign resumes.
- Ensure resumes are concise, professional, and client-ready.
- Rewrite summaries, highlight relevant experience, and correct language errors.
AI-Enabled Recruiting
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to:
- Write job descriptions
- Screen CVs
- Generate candidate summaries
- Draft email templates
- Prepare assessments
- Automate parts of sourcing and filtering
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and international clients.
- Communicate professionally with candidates at every stage.
- Maintain structured documentation and candidate notes.
Training, SOPs & Process Support (Nice-to-Have)
- Help create and update SOPs for recruitment, screening, and onboarding.
- Assist with onboarding new hires when required.
- Conduct training sessions on communication, interview prep, and professionalism.
Optional: Business Development Support
- Participate in introductory calls with potential clients.
- Prepare candidate summaries for client review.
- Support proposal creation when required.
