Agile Scrum, Bitbucket, Database design, Git, Product Development, Project Management, Security, Software Development, Software development life cycle (SDLC), Software Testing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities for software development projects
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including development teams, QA, and product management
∎ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
∎ Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
∎ Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
∎ Conduct regular code reviews to ensure that code is maintainable, scalable, and secure
∎ Develop and maintain technical design documents, including system architecture, database schema, and API documentation
∎ Ensure that project teams adhere to established coding standards and best practices
∎ Collaborate with the security team to ensure that projects comply with security policies and guidelines
∎ Ensure that database design is optimized for performance, scalability, and data integrity
∎ Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, including agile methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
