Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage 10+ Members’ Team.
∎ Smartphone and IoT based project management, Project monitoring, control, and reporting
∎ Lead the investigation team for new concept on cutting edge technology
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features
∎ Ensure organization defined quality and productivity
∎ Code review and technical support to the team members
∎ Client communication & reporting
∎ Learning new trend technologies like AI, BlockChain and adopt in the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years Practical experience in Software Engineering. 4+ Years Practical experience in technical Project Management
∎ 5 Years practical experience in full life cycle of Android/iOS application development
∎ 2 ~ 3 years’ Technical competence and skill on Web architecture/technology and Cloud technology (AWS/GCP/Azure),
∎ Knowledge on AI, BlockChain is nice to have
∎ Experience in software architecture and design technique
∎ Clear concept on Smartphone application design principles and interface guidelines
∎ Strong people management and communication skill along with negotiation skill
∎ Strong documentation and presentation skill
∎ Practical knowledge on Software estimation, planning, and controlling
∎ Certification in Scrum Master will add value
