Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Officer will be responsible for overall programmatic implementation, supervision of project activities effectively and efficiently. The TO will also remain responsible for networking, linkage & coordination with key personnel and stakeholders of the project. He will ensure the smooth implementation of the entire project and timely quality reporting according to deliverables & obligations.
∎ Key deliverables include:
∎ Technical supervision of the project deliverables
∎ Maintain up to date records of all field level activities to show a status of the work
∎ Conduct regular monitoring and full technical supervision and provide technical inputs to the volunteers.
∎ Perform project management functions; maintain liaison with RRRC, CIC and Sector in the targeted area.
∎ Attend Internal and External meetings with volunteers and CIC and ISCG.
∎ Support the project Coordinator in preparing Biweekly, Monthly and Interim report.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team
∎ Team management:
∎ Ensure supportive supervision to the volunteers at all levels.
∎ Ensure that all project personnel and targeted community receive the necessary orientation and training required by the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Data base Management, Data Processing, Video editing, Photo shop- preferable in emergency and humanitarian response program
∎ Must have excellent Computer skill (Microsoft office)
∎ Report writing skills
∎ Excellent English (verbal and written) skill
∎ Strong verbal communication skills and effective in representation and liaison with external actors.
∎ Be able to be to start work within 15 days.
∎ Proficient in the Chittagonian or Rohingya local dialect.
Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
