Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the NGO/Development sector. Prior experience working with Global Fund (GF)–supported projects is preferable, particularly in grant implementation, reporting, and compliance. Must have strong computer proficiency, including the ability to develop interview tools, screen for data entry in tab, data storage and other management of data.
Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is a not-for-profit organization working in Bangladesh for over two decades to improve the lives of marginalized communities, specially People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and Key Populations (KP). AAS collaborates with national and international partners, community-based organizations, and government institutions to implement programs focused on HIV/AIDS prevention, SRHR, treatment and care, health and nutrition, women’s empowerment, civil society strengthening, and advocacy.
AAS is going to be implemented Community Led Monitoring (CLM) in the selected geographical areas under the GC7 Grant of the Global Fund as a community partner of Principal Recipient (PR) of the Grant, Save the Children.

Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is seeking a qualified Technical Officer – Data Management for CLM implementation under SCI support. The role will lead CLM activities, ensure smooth data collection, entry and analysis and maintain a community-friendly environment for KP engagement.
Major Responsibilities
Salary: BDT 42,659 per month
Festival Bonus: The employee will receive a festival bonus equivalent to 50% of their monthly salary, provided twice annually on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha or other occasions as per the respective religion.
