• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the NGO/Development sector. Must be from the relevant key population community (PWID/FSW/PLHIV). Education qualification may be relaxed up to HSC for qualified and experienced community participants.

Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Supervisor for Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) implementation under SCI support. The position will supervise field-level data collection, coordinate with service centers, and ensure community-friendly engagement with Key Populations (KP).

Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is a not-for-profit organization working in Bangladesh for over two decades to improve the lives of marginalized communities, specially People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and Key Populations (KP). AAS collaborates with national and international partners, community-based organizations, and government institutions to implement programs focused on HIV/AIDS prevention, SRHR, treatment and care, health and nutrition, women’s empowerment, civil society strengthening, and advocacy.

AAS is going to be implemented Community Led Monitoring (CLM) in the selected geographical areas under the GC7 Grant of the Global Fund as a community partner of Principal Recipient (PR) of the Grant, Save the Children.

Under the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) initiative, Ashar Alo Society is looking for full-time suitable candidates for the following positions:

This is primarily for one year period but based on the project condition, duration may be increased or reduced.

Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Supervisor for Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) implementation under SCI support. The position will supervise field-level data collection, coordinate with service centers, and ensure community-friendly engagement with Key Populations (KP).

• Job Location: Field-based with Dhaka coordination

Major Responsibilities

• Allocate/distribution of areas to data collectors.

• Ensure availability of data collection tools and materials prior to data colleciton.

• Monitor data collection physically and virtually.

• Edit tools and share with Technical Officer for entry and analysis.

• Coordinate with service centre (CDIC/DIC/Outlet/Outlet with OST management to ensure smooth operations.

• Support organization of district-level coordination meetings.

• Engage community-level CLM committees for effective field implementation of CLM.

• Salary: BDT 22,741 per month

• Festival Bonus: The employee will receive a festival bonus equivalent to 50% of their monthly salary, provided twice annually on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha or other occasions as per respective religion.
