Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the NGO/Development sector.
Prior experience working with Global Fund (GF)–supported projects is preferable, particularly in grant implementation, reporting, and compliance.

Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is a not-for-profit organization working in Bangladesh for over two decades to improve the lives of marginalized communities,specially People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and Key Populations (KP). AAS collaborates with national and international partners, community-based organizations, and government institutions to implement programs focused on HIV/AIDS prevention, SRHR, treatment and care, health and nutrition, women’s empowerment, civil society strengthening, and advocacy.
AAS is going to be implemented Community Led Monitoring (CLM) in the selected geographical areas under the GC7 Grant of the Global Fund as a community partner of Principal Recipient (PR) of the Grant, Save the Children.
Under the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) initiative, Ashar Alo Society is looking for full-time suitable candidate for the following positions:
• Finance and Admin Officer (1 position)
This is primarily for 6 months period but based on the project condition, duration may be increased.
Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is seeking a qualified Finance and Admin Officer for Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) implementation under SCI support. The position will manage financial operations, ensure administrative efficiency, and support smooth CLM implementation while maintaining compliance with SCI and Global Fund (GF) requirements.
Major Responsibilities
Manage all financial and administrative tasks under CLM at AAS.
Build capacity of CLM staff on financial documentation & reporting.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for SCI.
Ensure logistics and administrative support for CLM activities.
Support internal and external audits (including GF & LFA reviews).
Ensure compliance with SCI and Global Fund financial policies.
