Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is a not-for-profit organization working in Bangladesh for over two decades to improve the lives of marginalized communities, specially People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and Key Populations (KP). AAS collaborates with national and international partners, community-based organizations, and government institutions to implement programs focused on HIV/AIDS prevention, SRHR, treatment and care, health and nutrition, women’s empowerment, civil society strengthening, and advocacy.
AAS is going to be implemented Community Led Monitoring (CLM) in the selected geographical areas under the GC7 Grant of the Global Fund as a community partner of Principal Recipient (PR) of the Grant, Save the Children.
Under the Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) initiative, Ashar Alo Society is looking for full-time suitable candidates for the following positions:
This is primarily for one year period but based on the project condition, duration may be increased or reduced.
Job Location: Field (PWID, FSW service centers, Government & NGO facilities located in Dhaka and district levels)
Ashar Alo Society (AAS) is seeking committed Community Data Collectors from the relevant Key Population (KP) communities (PWID / FSW / PLHIV) for Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) implementation under SCI support. The position will support field-level data gathering, ensure community-friendly engagement, and contribute to improving service quality for Key Populations (KP).
Major Responsibilities
Collect data through qualitative & quantitative methods (interviews, observations).
Maintain impartiality and confidentiality during data collection.
Submit completed questionnaires to the supervisor after editing.
Attend district-level coordination meetings regularly.
Salary: BDT 15,156 per month
Festival Bonus: The employee will receive a festival bonus equivalent to 50% of their monthly salary, provided twice annually on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha or other occasions as per respective religion.
