∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 years of experience on similar field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for all technical issues of garments and fabrics.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to evaluate all types of sample: Development, Proto, Fit, Size set, Jump size set, Seal, Buyer ref, etc. with a feasibility study of product & risk analysis. Timely identifying & resolving mass production impracticality.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to handle sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook presentation, fitting (dummy and model), on fit sample and size set.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to review pilot run, and monitor mass production for complex product and new vendor and ensure No pilot Failure.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to ensuring all quality & production issue by auditing & controlling.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to lead staffs to ensure final product quality with zero NCs.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to ensure the production of finished goods is appropriately controlled s
∎ The incumbent is responsible to controlling non-conformances and investigating any quality issues fully
∎ The incumbent is responsible to run all fit meetings
∎ The incumbent is responsible to give technical advice on quality and fabric
∎ The incumbent is responsible to create initial samples
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Data Base Management.
∎ Able to forecast/ identify problems and find quick solutions
∎ Good Communication Skill
