Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage technical teams to ensure timely execution of projects, system upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Oversee the performance, security, and scalability of core business systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement technology projects aligned with business goals, ensuring quality and efficiency in execution.
- Partner with product, operations, and business teams to develop and deliver technical solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ICT, IoT, or other digital tools to streamline operations.
- Manage relationships with external technology vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all systems and processes adhere to organizational policies, security standards, and industry regulations, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
