∎ Graduate/Post-Graduation or equivalent Diploma from any reputed Foreign or Local University. Educational Qualification is relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fabric Consumption calculation manually and through CAD.
∎ Manage the Critical Path in each department.
∎ Communicate with buyers/customers confidently if required.
∎ Ensure that the teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across all Brands and Departments.
∎ Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
∎ Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation.
∎ Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
∎ Provide an efficient working atmosphere to the teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time.
∎ Oversee all the garment technician functions.
∎ Perform the required tasks to handle & manage of the overall process, from cut to finish.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience in Product Development and be able to Interpret design sketches.
∎ Experience in CAD, Cutting & Pattern correction manually and through CAD.
