Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in managing a Nationwide, Zonal, or Divisional ISP
∎ Manage daily operation of head and branch/field offices by communicating and coordinating with the branch manager. It may also require traveling to the sites
∎ Must have working experience in managing a nationwide, zonal, or divisional ISP with business and home-based customers
∎ Applicants must have experience in managing ISP, networking, OS, and related Applications used for ISP
∎ Applicants should have experience in managing Day-To-Day ISP Business Operations
∎ Work as a POC (Point of Contact) for branch managers to solve any issues related to network, inventory, customer support, approvals, budget management, etc.
∎ Manage Technical, Marketing, Sales, and Accounting Teams of head and branch offices
∎ Ensure excellent service for new connections setup, and existing customers.
∎ Be part of the recruitment, training, and performance management of team members
∎ Configure, Deploy, Update, and Operate network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, cables, and other equipment.
∎ Ensure the network is operating efficiently, and issues are resolved quickly
∎ Ensure customers receive timely and effective support
∎ Ensure team members are well-trained and able to handle customer requirements and inquiries
∎ Managing customer support staff, including call center agents and technicians.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies, and SOP to ensure a smooth business operation
∎ Train team members on company policies and SOPs
∎ Manage budget, procurement, and hiring
