Job Responsibilities:
∎ B2B Sales and Marketing for Overseas & Domestic Companies, Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill in English
∎ Find potential customers from all over the world including USA, Middle-East & Bangladesh
∎ Develop Marketing & Sales Strategy/Execution including Digital Marketing using economic indicators, track supply and demand, identify customers and their current and future needs, and monitor competition
∎ Design, Develop and Manage social marketing campaigns including text posts, video and images on Social Media platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, WhatsApp
∎ Identify Short-Term and Long-Term issues & solutions
∎ Promote products, newsletters, and blog content
∎ Plan and execute SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
∎ Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns & assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Close new business deals by assessing requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, integrate contracts requirements with business operations
∎ Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years
∎ Excellent in written and spoken English
∎ Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills in English
∎ Must have minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing experience with overseas & Domestic Clients/Companies/B2B (Business to Business)
∎ Graphics Design, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Web Developer/ Web Designer
∎ Experience with Trading or Export/Import on any products
∎ Sound experience in the following area(s):
∎ Google keyword research, Google Trends, Facebook ads, Facebook marketing, Google Ads, Google analytics, PPC Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), & Social Media Marketing (SMM)
∎ Excellent customer service and sales skills
∎ Have working experience in the following business area(s): IT Company, Software Company, Electronics Company, Import/Export, Online training
