Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): C++, MATLAB, Object Oriented Programming, Simulink

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management, team management
∎ Communicate with client directly to understand the requirement
∎ Planning, scheduling and release management
∎ Technical Team leading
∎ Prepare design document and plan for implementation
∎ Implementation and ensure quality
∎ Capable to work with full responsibility and ensure international coding standard
∎ Reporting
∎ Visit onsite (Japan) for requirement understanding and client meeting

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced .net Platform based knowledge for Windows based application development with C# or C++
∎ Working experience in MATLAB or SIMULINK will add value
∎ Object-Oriented Programming and design principles.
∎ Educational Degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Computer Science
∎ Work Experience on Windows Form, Win32
∎ 6 ~ 10 Years Practical experience in PC based software development and management
∎ Practical Knowledge on software architecture and design technique
∎ Strong communication skill in English and practical experience to work with abroad client is nice to have
∎ Strong documentation and presentation skill
∎ Practical knowledge on Software estimation, planning and controlling
