∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend the Development meeting, analyze sketches forwarded by the buyer, or internally, identify buyer requirements along with other relevant team and advise on technical aspects such as: Garment construction, Molding techniques etc.
∎ Lead the Sample development process by providing technical advice on patterns and modifications.
∎ Head PP meetings with all the relevant documents and all technical requirements from the customer.
∎ Advise if any training is required to insure low rejection rates and smooth production flow.
∎ Ensure the style handed over on time along with-it the relevant information.
∎ Communicate the Kaizens with development team.
∎ Share a T@A for completing of any automation and Kaizen.
∎ Skill matrix update every 6 months through tech skills analysis & training.
∎ Ensure that Dept. team strictly adhere to all Environment, safety & health regulations.
