Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing project scope before, during and post-delivery.
∎ Working closely with Developers, DevOps Engineers & Project Manager.
∎ Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities for software development projects
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including development teams, QA, and product management
∎ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
∎ Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines.
∎ Overseeing deployments and new releases.
∎ Reviewing code.
∎ Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
∎ Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members.
∎ Ensuring project stays within budget and identifying scope creep.
∎ Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
∎ Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
∎ Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
∎ Conduct regular code reviews to ensure that code is maintainable, scalable, and secure
∎ Develop and maintain technical design documents, including system architecture, database schema, and API documentation
∎ Ensure that project teams adhere to established coding standards and best practices
∎ Collaborate with the security team to ensure that projects comply with security policies and guidelines
∎ Ensure that database design is optimized for performance, scalability, and data integrity
∎ Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, including agile methodologies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
∎ At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects
∎ Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
∎ Strong understanding of code review, system design, security, and database design
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
∎ PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
