• Age At least 30 years

• Act as the company’s highest technical authority for all food technology–related matters.

• Define and execute the technical and R&D roadmap aligned with the company’s business strategy.

• Advise management and the Board on technical feasibility, innovation opportunities, and risk mitigation.

• Oversee development of differentiated, cost-effective, and scalable food and beverage formulations.

• Continuously improve existing products for quality, consistency, shelf life, and cost optimization.

• Monitor global and local food trends, ingredients, and technologies to drive innovation.

• Design, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across production, quality control, storage, and dispatch.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh food safety regulations and applicable international standards.

• Build, mentor, and lead the technical, R&D, and quality teams.

• Work closely with QA/QC teams to strengthen food safety systems such as HACCP, ISO, or equivalent.

• Support marketing and sales teams with technical inputs for product claims and customer education.
