Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any or Social Science discipline or relevant professional degree preferably from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be ready to perform the role of the Project Coordinator (PC) in his/her absence.
∎ Develop clear guidelines, tools and ensure capacity building modules to support project implementation.
∎ Ensure the adoption of various data/information collection and monitoring-evaluation checklist.
∎ Oversee warehouse, store and materials for LCs and donor requirement on relevant record keeping and reporting.
∎ Coordinate for site selection, site approval and maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure construction work for Learning Centres, tube-well and drainage installation and others.
∎ Ensure monthly repair and maintenance report through the compilation of infrastructure quality checklist and initiative for receiving the required fund.
∎ Attend meeting, workshop and represent Friendship as and when nominated.
∎ Support to build a strong and useful teamwork and ensure that the staffs are on track to achieve the project goals.
∎ Support to training development including materials, facilitation, knowledge implementation to the field etc.
∎ Conduct field visits as required and perform other required works assigned by the Programme and Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Project Management skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills, especially writing and speaking skills in English.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Demonstrable capacity to work on several fronts and with several agencies in parallel.
∎ Capacity to perform multi-task and work across the organization.
∎ Person of high integrity and resilience.

Salary: Negotiable
