Experience:
The applicants should hold a university degree in social sciences, education, or international law. A master's degree is preferable.A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in social work/case management and emergency response.

Past exposure to working in GBV coordination or case management.

Job Purpose:
Technical Coordinator provides overall field-level GBV and case management implementation in line with the strategic programming priorities defined by the Bangladesh Crisis Response Program. He/She will work closely with Case workers, prevention Assistants, Prevention Officers, and Response officers to provide relevant technical expertise and informed support.
The position is accountable for the following:
Developed and implemented training plans for GBV and case management teams and conducted regular supervision sessions for caseworkers.
Up-to-date and accurate case files with consistent audits and follow-up.
Camp-level GBV interventions implemented effectively with measurable outcomes.
Active participation in camp-level coordination meetings, sectoral collaborations, and government/donor visits.
Representation of World Vision in key external forums.
Maintenance and use of GBV & CM databases for tracking indicators.
Timely submission of accurate quantitative and qualitative reports.
Contribution to proposal writing and budgeting.
Review and analysis of spending reports to ensure financial accountability.
Secure and systematic documentation of all project and case management data.
Key responsibilities:
Project Implementation & Management:
Design training and Provide opportunities for capacity building to all the GBV team in the case management process and general GBV interventions, among others.
Conduct regular supervision meetings with caseworkers to ensure the effectiveness of the case management process.
Conduct regular case file audits to ensure that they are up to date and check the quality and consistency of work.
Review the follow-up of GBV & CM and ensure all reporting is managed within acceptable timelines
Work in close collaboration with the community systems to strengthen the relationship with the community in line with the referral system
Work with the child protection team to ensure close links between case management and WVI’s work with community-based child protection mechanisms, WGSSs, and learning centers, among others
Ensure internal and external referral mechanisms (with other sectors) are in place, and cases are appropriately managed and followed up when referred
Ensure safeguarding compliance (this includes visitors and media protocols, partnering with communities and other agencies or CBOs and children participation) with World Vision’s policies, GBVSS, and standards and guidelines.
Take the lead in the camp-level implementation of GBV program interventions, manage and support the GBV Program Implementation Team, including Coaching with clear standards of accountability
Ensure field-level coordination with other sectors such as education GBV, site management, and Camp coordination
Collaborate with teams to generate activity concept notes and review financial reports to maintain accurate spending reports and up-to-date budgets.
Quality GBV Program implementation and sustainability:
Generate and maintain the GBV CM implementation plans
Ensure all GBV project activities and installations refer to GBVMS, GBVSS guidelines, checklist, and government standards and are aligned with internal and external Strategic Objectives
Ensure community-level participation for men, women, boys, and girls, taking into account local needs
Follow up with Camp level accountability staff to respond to feedback from areas of implementation to strengthen case management implementation
Coordinate and support the establishment of GBV & CM database to contribute to the indicator reporting.
Develop GBV & CM activities that mainstream child safeguarding while working with other sectors.
Facilitate donor field visits to ensure proper communication and relationships between World Vision and communities.
Participate and review project evaluations closely with the internal and external evaluators.
Partnership, Networking & Advocacy:
Ensure collaborative planning through the camp-level sector coordination meetings while working closely with GBV focal points.
Ensure World Vision is appropriately represented during CiC meetings, GBV focal point meetings, case conferencing, and DSS camp-level meetings.
Represent World Vision during field-level donors and Government visits.
Link case workers with service providers and support effective collaboration.
Ensure constant and transparent communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including community members, community leaders and families.
Documentation, Project monitoring, and evaluation:
Compile quantitative and qualitative reports while updating the Case management database.
Facilitated allocated projects’ information and documentation processes and ensured effective project results communication.
Ensure WV participation in assessments in close coordination with the projects’ teams to feed into the design team while drafting the new proposals, ensuring they match the program objectives and donors' requirements.
Work closely with the team to generate proposals and reports.
Ensure that files, registers, and computer databases are used appropriately and correctly and ensure caseworkers adhere to proper documentation and data protection protocols.
