Educational Requirements:
∎ Education High school or equivalent education required. Minimum Engineering Diploma / Degree is preferred.
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 Years work experience on similar role or ability to perform scope of work on hospitality environment especially in the field of kitchen, laundry and swimming pool for Hotels, Hospitals and others.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)

∎ We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of "Technical Adviser" for entire technical support for our kitchen, laundry and swimming pool projects in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design development and consultancy
∎ Technical expertise in supporting projects and implement entire M&E systems for the kitchen and laundry and swimming pool.
∎ Project Management Services
∎ All other technical supports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having Experience in Hospitality environment will get preference.
∎ Up keeping training, performance evaluations, scheduling and supervising the personnel within the department.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team for outstanding repairs of machinery.
∎ Overall controlling and supervision of the Department.
∎ Maintains manual or automated records of all activities and prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports.
∎ The candidate should have strong leadership skills and to guide, educate & lead the team members.
∎ Ms Office/Software: Must possess exceptional computer skills and be highly proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will be used to create financial reports and recommendations.
∎ Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Communication Skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
